I’m visiting Dallas from Vancouver, and I went to Linke’s Barbecue in Wylie Texas today. The food was absolutely delicious! The owner was very friendly, welcoming, and generous, which made the experience even more special. I also loved the atmosphere — the shop has an old-fashioned charm that feels warm and authentic. You can really tell they care about their customers and their food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas!
When traveling I always try the local BBQ and this is one of the best! The brisket and ribs were tender, juicy and full of flavor. The potato casserole was awesome and the beans were great. Topped it off with excellent cobbler and the value for the $$ is great. Finally found a place that serves great food, great portions and at an excellent price! Very friendly to boot! I’ll be back!

Good lord!! This place is criminally good. Not a single piece of meat had any dryness to it and all the sides were top notch! The Mac and cheese and the potato casserole weren’t your typical mushy texture. If you’re looking for local barbecue, look no further!!!
Two thumbs up!! The absolute best brisket sandwich I have ever had! The sauce only makes it that much better. You can’t get anything better anywhere near Wylie and the service is hands down the best! ❤️❤️❤️
After a quick photo op at South Fork Ranch, we searched online for Texas barbecue near us and found a little joint just down the road. When we pulled in—after dark on January 1st, right around 6:00—we honestly weren’t sure it would even be open. To our surprise and delight, it was. The owner took a few minutes to tell us what was available and helped us choose, and he absolutely nailed it. The food was fantastic. We were starving and didn’t leave a single bite behind. It wasn’t until we were back on the road that we realized a fanny pack had been left behind in the bathroom. We tried calling several times but never got an answer. That was really the only downside to an otherwise great stop—but the food, the timing, and the hospitality made it a memorable Texas barbecue experience nonetheless. Wonderful food Great pricing. Delicious range balls are my favorite ribs tastes like home. They make me miss it. A gentleman behind the counter was incredible. Very respectful, very nice, told us a little bit about his backstory. Catered to anything we needed if we were out, if something he came and got it for us. Cut extra onions for us. Brisket was good.Bark was delicious and nice i love the potato salad. Everything was home made from scratch and fresh BBQ sauce. Freshly made not store-bought
I've been all over Texas, from the Valley to El Paso, and this was the best brisket I've had. Only regret was ordering 1/4 lb of brisket instead of 1/2 lb, so good! Pork rib and potato casserole were excellent, too. Father and son working the line were amazing hosts! 5 stars all around
I had the honor to eat with my family at the legendary Linke's Barbecue in Wylie TX. This is some of the best barbeque in North Texas . The brisket was excellent, and the ribs had the meat fall off the bone! Now, what makes it more magical is their barbeque sauce. Not many things are perfect, but this sauce hits the pallette just right. It enhances every meat flavor above a 10 rating. The sides are no joke as well! The potato casserole was so filling! The Mac and cheese was super cheesy in the best way possible! To top things off , we were given freshly made peach cobbler that made me blush 😊! I had the pleasure to meet the owners , Clint and Olin Linke . They had people from Oklahoma that came to eat here! My own mother, who is very picky, was devouring her meal ! She loved that sauce! We will be returning! Remember to support local family businesses and just know that they will take care of you at Linke's . This place is a 10 out 10! I'm in love ❤️ 😍
What an awesome BBQ place! The owners were so nice and hospitable, something that is very hard to come by. The meat was full of flavor and literally falls off the bones! The potatoes were delicious, we brought them back home and my daughter couldn’t stop eating them! Overall, this is a fantastic family owned BBQ place that hits the mark on all items! Thank you again!
